With over 60 years of combined experience, Owner & President Jim Paulson (master operator of machinery) and his multi-talented partner and son, James, are committed to bringing the very best advice and service to any commercial or residential construction excavating project.

Jim founded the company in 1975. He remains the majority owner and currently serves as the company’s President. His experience is invaluable when we have a challenging job to tackle. A master operator, he can run just about any machine you put in front of him.

Co-Owner

James joined the company in 1994 and became part owner in 1999. Under his Father, he learned all about the business and has become the “Jack of all trades” for the company. Depending on the day, you will find him driving dump truck, operating a trackhoe, bidding a job or doing the bookkeeping.
